I posted a newsy note, but it ended up in Griffith Publishing’s blog. So here we go again.
If I could figure out how to get to that blog, I’d copy and paste it here. Somehow all of my blogs are jumbled together so that when I enter text for one it ends up somewhere else.

I’m beginning to catch on to WordPress and am happy to do so. I’ve always believed it was richer and more mature than Blogspot, but it was enough different that I had trouble getting to a point of feeling confident.
Every day for the past several months sometime in the morning a tall athletic man who looks like he just landed in this country from an exploration in northern Scandanavia walks by my place with a light pack on his back and a dog on leash. We haven’t seen him for weeks, but today he’s back, and Rusty responded with her usual woof-woof-woof. Windows and walls kept her joy from spilling into the street. Some day I want to take his picture and talk to him. Looks like an interesting fellow.
Ah, now I see. Instead of hitting “view post,” you hit “view site,” and there you can see all of the entries lined up nicely with the most recent one on top.
Voila! I think I’m getting closer to reality here…
Nope. The “pages” and the “posts” are identical as far as I can tell. You enter your text, it appears on the screen, and no references to previous posts or pages appear anywhere. I know Ken has a string of posts or pages, but I don’t know what he does that’s different from what I’m doing…
Ah. Maybe we’re making progress. It could be that the first “post” is an option from the second one. Could be. Let’s see.
Now I’m writing a post. Maybe they go to a visible location and don’t disappear after one writing. Let’s see…

Beautiful snow fell yesterday but melted within minutes. Today was wet and chilly, but nothing threatening. We almost never feel threatened by weather here in sunny southern Idaho!
